At Beauty by Narina, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
In the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
With your proof of purchase (order number)
Products that are considered final sale (e.g., personalized items, gift cards, clearance items marked “Final Sale”) are not eligible for return.

Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item:
You are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If the item is defective or damaged on arrival, we will cover return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We do not process exchanges automatically.
If you need a different product, please place a new order and request a refund for the original item.
If your item arrived damaged or defective:
