How To Moisturize Your Skin, Lose Weight and Have a Clear Mind?
Hello my friends, I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. I was thinking about all of the helpful tips I could share, and one in particular really stood out, sleep, its free, easy and mostly requires no effort.
On a general note, we all need a minimum of 7/8 hours of sleep regularly. But regularity of sleep doesn’t not mean quality, because it isn’t about hitting the number of hours, its also about feeling rested when you wake up.
If you have trouble sleeping, or if you often feel tired after sleeping, please consult with your doctor.
Here is the good news, clinical journal and experimental dermatology found that people who sleep 7 to 9 hours a night have an increase in moisturized skin that could protect and heal better after exposure to UV rays compared to those who do not get enough sleep. And if this isn’t enough, here are some great reasons to get your sleep.

- Stay at a healthy weight
- Do better at work/school
- Reduce stress and improve your mood
- Think more clearly
- Get along better with people
